What the Petronas Towers are for Kuala Lumpur; this wall-painting-sculpture probably is for George Town: the icon of the city. It was created in 2012 during the George Town Cultural Festival by Ernest Zacharevic. (I like the contribution of the wall as well..) What Art can do.. I had to wait quite a while, before I could take a shot without people, doing all kinds of funny things, in it. There were a lot of bikers around in that area as well …

I’ve mainly been in George Town and I liked it a lot. A relaxed city; quite touristic; good food; a lot going on in the streets in the evening. (See prt26 and 27 as well; and more to come this week) 🙂
