In the Dutch language we have a saying: ‘Mosterd na de maaltijd’ (literally: Mustard after the meal) which, according to a translate-site means: “it is a day after the fair”. Todays post is about the Noorderlicht PhotoManifestation 2015. The best, yearly Photo exhibition we have overhere. I was there, in the former sugarfactory in Groningen on the 3rd of October and it lasted till the 11th of October, which explains the title of this post. If you like to see what it was about, go to the next two links; and when you click on the ‘view exhibition camera icon’, you get a pretty good impression of what was going on.

  1. Ik heb het gemist, maar heb nu toch een indruk, bedankt.

  2. I love how we re-use old factories… it’s often a wonderfully modern-feeling space for expositions…
In this batch of photos, my favorite is prt 7… I think it’s mainly because of the two people in the middle background… it creates something very alive for me…

  3. Great venue. Thanks for the introduction to this exhibition.
