The Terrace

The Terrace

In Tercui there is no internet (yet…) The closest WiFi-spot is at a restaurant/hotel in Arén; or actually just outside Arén next to the N-230 highway. It’s not a quiet place and it’s crowded with flies.

… We jumped in the car and drove on, towards the light that moved away from us, faster than we could drive. (Too bad that it’s impossible to shoot a ‘People are Small’-selfie; ’cause this was quite an excellent moment for it. (for ‘People are Small’, watch in Categories)

The Postcard

The Postcard

In the afternoon of the 20th July, amigo Harm and me took a ride to what he called an ‘ancient oak-tree-wood’. You can wake me up any time for a target like that. The pubs in Aren were overcrowded, so we took the road to Aulas without our usual beer. The road went over a smaller mountainside in between two valleys. On the other side of the valleys the Pyrenees went up high and mighty. After a while we stopped and I started to shoot some ‘postcards’… Nature responded almost immediately: if you want it rough, you can get it rough.
