      Thank you very much!

  1. This is fantastic! Love how the lines between reeds and reflection are so indistinct, has a very abstract feeling to it…

    • I really appreciate your words! That’s why I titled it ‘Twice as long’; reed and reflection are one line. That loosens them a bit from the watersurface and that’s what causes the abstract feeling. The vague cross under the watersurface also contributes. Thank you very much for your comment.

    • Thanks, John. I googled Harry Callahan and a lot of fine photo´s showed up, in between Clint Eastwood´s ´Dirty Harry´. A reed-shot looked quite familiar to this one.

      • Funny … Dirty Harry. Yeah, the reed shot is the one I was thinking of. I’m pretty sure he did some other minimalistic things from that period which may be below the radar.

        • Thanks for introducing me to Harry Callahan; great photo’s. You might like Bill Callahan; but that is music 🙂

    • 😀 Then you know Bill. I’ve run out of Callahans now. Cheers, harrie.
